The short version

When you buy a package or multi-visit pass, we instantly turn it into your visits — one prepaid code per visit. You use one code each time you come in, and it makes that visit $0 at checkout because you've already paid. That's it — no punch card to carry, nothing to remember at the studio.

Buy your package

Choose any package or multi-visit pass and check out. You can split it into monthly payments with Affirm if you like.

Get your visit codes

Right after you pay, your visits are added to your account as individual codes — and emailed to you. One code = one visit.

Book & redeem, visit by visit

When you're ready for a visit, apply one code and pick your time. Checkout shows $0 — your visit is already paid for. Repeat until your pack is used up.

Where do I find my codes? Two easy places: (1) the confirmation email we send right after you buy, and (2) the My Passes page in your account, which always shows how many visits you have left and the code for each one. Not logged in? Just sign in with the email you used to buy.

  1. Open the My Passes page.
  2. Find your pass and tap “Book & redeem.”
  3. Your code is applied automatically and you're taken straight to booking.
  4. Pick your day and time and confirm — checkout is $0.

Book first, then apply a pass

  1. Book your facial the normal way and add it to your cart.
  2. On the cart page, open the “🎟️ Use a pass” panel.
  3. Tap Apply next to the visit you want to use.
  4. Your total drops to $0 — check out and you're booked.
Good to know: if the cart shows a small deposit estimate before you check out, don't worry — once your pass code is applied, the total updates to $0 and you'll see “No payment required.” Each code works for one visit of the specific service in your package, and each code can be used once.

Questions

How many codes do I get?

One per visit in your package. A 6-visit pack gives you six codes; a 5-visit Express pass gives you five, and so on. As you use them, the My Passes page counts down how many you have left.

Do I have to pay anything when I book a visit?

No. Your visits are prepaid, so applying a pass code makes that booking $0 at checkout. If a small deposit estimate shows in the cart beforehand, it disappears once the code is applied.

Can I use a code for a different service?

Each code covers the specific service your package is for — for example, an Express Facial pass books Express Facials. It can't be swapped for a different treatment or for cash.

What if I can't find my codes?

Sign in to your account and open My Passes — every active visit is listed there with its code and a one-tap redeem button. Be sure you're signed in with the same email you used to buy. Still stuck? Contact us and we'll help.

How long do I have to use my visits?

All package and pass sessions are valid for one year (12 months) from purchase. They're prepaid and non-refundable.

Can I share my codes with a friend?

Codes are tied to your prepaid package and are meant for your visits. Each code works only once, so sharing simply uses up one of your own visits.
