- Hydrate well and avoid heavy sun exposure or tanning before each visit
After your visit

- Avoid heat (sauna, hot yoga, hot showers) for 24 to 48 hours
- Hold off on strong actives such as retinol and acids for 1 to 2 days
- Follow the at-home care your esthetician recommends and keep skin hydrated
- After resurfacing, avoid strong actives for 2 to 3 days and do not pick at any light flaking

Common questions
Short, direct answers from the studio.
When should I start facials before my wedding?
Ideally begin a facial series 3 to 6 months before your wedding so your skin has time to build a healthy, even glow, with your final facial about 5 to 7 days before the day. A shorter timeline can be compressed at your first visit. Results are cosmetic and vary by person.
What is the best facial before a wedding?
A hydrating or Signature Glow facial is ideal close to the day for plump, radiant, camera-ready-looking skin. Brightening or clarifying series work best earlier in your timeline, and a resurfacing facial about a month out helps refine the look of texture and tone. Your esthetician will tailor the plan to your skin.
Can I get a facial the week of my wedding?
Yes, but stick to a gentle hydrating or Signature Glow facial 5 to 7 days out, and avoid new or aggressive treatments right before the day to prevent any reaction. Our 30-minute Express Hydrating Facial ($75) is a gentle, no-downtime choice for event week. Do not book resurfacing close to the date, since light flaking can appear on days 2 to 3.
Do you offer bridal facial packages?
Yes. The Bridal & Event Glow Countdown is $345 for four prepaid 90-minute facials, any mix of Signature Glow and Essential Radiance, spaced across the weeks before your date so your skin peaks exactly when it matters. The package saves up to $171. See the package details or the Bridal & Event Glow page.
Do you offer facials for the bridal party?
Yes. We can plan facials for the whole bridal party so everyone glows on the day. Email sales@luminaskinsanctuary.com and we will build a plan around your wedding timeline.
How much do bridal and event facials cost?
Prices run from $60 for a 30-minute Signature Glow Facial up to $210 for the 120-minute Lift & Sculpt Manual Facial. Other options are Express Hydrating at $75, Resurfacing Renewal at $165 and Sun-Damage Brightening at $175. The full Countdown package is $345 for four 90-minute facials. Prices are current as of October 2026.
