Can I get a facial the day of my costume party?
Yes. The Potion Hour Express Facial is gentle and takes 30 minutes. Skip deep extraction facials like the Cauldron Clarity Facial on the same day, since skin can look pink for a few hours.
How do I remove Halloween makeup or face paint safely?
Start with an oil-based or balm cleanser to melt the product, then a gentle cleanser, and avoid scrubbing. If your skin feels irritated, stop and ask a doctor. A Cauldron Clarity Facial afterward helps reset congested skin.
Are the Halloween facials different from your regular facials?
The names are just seasonal fun; these are our real, professional facial treatments. They are seasonal editions of our regular facials with spooky names and party-season plans. The esthetician, steps and prices are the same as the original facials, which are still available.
How does the deposit work?
We collect a 20% deposit securely online when you book and apply it to your total at checkout in the studio. Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your visit. A no-show forfeits the deposit, as described in our booking policies.
How long do the Halloween facials take and what do they cost?
Potion Hour Express is 30 minutes and $75. Bewitched Glow runs 30 to 120 minutes from $60. Bat Wing Back is 45 minutes and $115, and Cauldron Clarity is 60 minutes and $135.
Can I give a Halloween facial as a gift?
Yes. Lumina gift cards come in $50, $100, $150 and $200 amounts, are emailed on the date you choose, and can be used toward any facial, membership or package.
