Come with clean skin if you can, and arrive 5 to 10 minutes early for your consultation
Skip strong exfoliating acids and retinol for 1 to 2 days beforehand
Avoid heavy sun exposure or tanning for 24 to 48 hours before, and hydrate well
Tell us about any medications, allergies or skin conditions so we can tailor safely
Because the facial uses thermal ultrasound and high-frequency current, mention pacemakers, metal implants or pregnancy

We are a licensed-esthetician facial studio, not a medical spa, with no injectables, lasers or microneedling, and results are cosmetic and vary by person.

How soon will I notice firmer skin?

Most clients feel skin is tighter and more hydrated right after the first visit, with contour along the jawline and cheeks building over the six-visit series spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart (about four months). Firming and lifting are cumulative, which is why the Journey is designed as a series rather than a one-off. Results are cosmetic and temporary; ongoing maintenance helps hold them.

Age-Renew Journey or Bright & Even Journey: which do I need?

Choose Age-Renew if your main concern is fine lines, lost firmness or a softening jawline; choose the Bright & Even Journey if it is sunspots and uneven tone.
