How do you remove Halloween makeup without hurting your skin?

  1. Melt it first. Massage a cleansing oil or balm over dry skin to loosen face paint and heavy makeup.
  2. Wipe gently. Use a soft, damp cloth. Do not scrub or rub your eyes.
  3. Cleanse again. Follow with a gentle face wash to remove leftover oil and pigment.
  4. Soothe and moisturize. Apply a simple, fragrance-free moisturizer.
  5. Protect the next day. Florida sun is strong even in October, so wear SPF.

Choose cosmetic-grade, skin-safe face paint, keep glitter away from your eyes and never sleep in costume makeup. If your skin stings or swells, rinse it off and stop using the product.

How do you book and redeem a facial package after you buy it?

Buy a package once, then use one pass code per visit. Your codes arrive by email right after checkout and are saved on your My Passes page, so you can book each visit around your party dates.

  1. Buy your package. Choose a pack on our packages page, such as an Express Facial pass, and check out. You prepay once.
  2. Find your codes. Look for the pass code email, or sign in with the same email and open My Passes. You get one code for every visit in your pack.
  3. Book your visit. Pick your service and a time on our online booking page, or tap Book & redeem on My Passes.
  4. Apply your code. In the cart, open Use a pass and tap Apply, or enter the code at checkout. The visit total becomes $0.
  5. Repeat for the next visit. My Passes shows how many visits are left, so you can book the next one the same way.
